Presentations must be prepared in PowerPoint or PDF format. A technician will be available for assistance. All rooms will be equipped with basic equipment (projector, laptop, monitor/screen).

The time allocated for each presentation is limited to 20 minutes including Q&A.

Presenters are kindly requested to be present in the conference hall at least 15 minutes before the start of their session and to check the final programme in order to confirm the allocated time and hall of their presentation.

Presenters are required to pre-load their presentation on the conference laptops using a USB stick, at least one hour prior to their talk (or during breaks), in the allocated presentation hall. Personal laptops are not allowed.

All presentations must be compatible with a Windows/PC environment. Mac equipment will not be available.

The poster sessions will take place in the foyer on level -1 of the KEDEA building. 

Five poster sessions will be held on the following days and times:

• Monday, June 8 | 13:40–15:10
• Tuesday, June 9 | 11:50–13:20 & 14:50–16:20
• Wednesday, June 10 | 11:50–13:20 & 14:50–16:20

Presenters are responsible for the preparation, printing, and transportation of their posters to the conference venue.

Poster boards will be marked with the corresponding poster ID, as indicated in the conference programme. Presenters are kindly requested to use only the board assigned to their poster.

Poster Setup & Removal

• Posters for the morning sessions (11:50–13:20) should be mounted during the morning coffee break (09:40–10:10) and removed immediately after the session concludes.
• Posters for the afternoon sessions (14:50–16:20) should be mounted during the lunch break (13:20–14:50) and removed immediately after the session concludes.
• For the Monday session, posters should be mounted during the lunch break (12:10–13:40).

Please make sure to remove your poster according to the designated take-down times. Any remaining posters will be discarded after the sessions.

Please check the scientific programme of the conference for your paper number and place your poster in the corresponding position.

Posters should be printed in A0 size, in portrait orientation. Please ensure they are printed on a lightweight material (e.g. paper, not canvas). There will be no slide presentations.

Materials for mounting the posters will be available at the Conference Secretariat.

Presenters are kindly requested to remain by their posters throughout the poster session in order to give a brief presentation and respond to questions from participants. They are also asked to remove their posters from the boards immediately after the end of the session.

The Conference Secretariat and the Organizing Committee accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to posters that are not removed promptly by the authors.
