
IEEE CEFC 2026 provides an Early Registration Fee until March 1, 2026 to generate discounted rates of the registration fee for those highly interested in the conference. Online Early registration at the official website is highly recommended to all participants of the conference.
Each paper should be registered by an author or presenter with a completed payment of the registration fee by the March 1, 2026. Only the papers with proper registration can be presented in IEEE CEFC 2026 and published in the conference proceedings.
One regular registration (IEEE Member or Non IEEE Member) allows registering 1 paper and maximum of 2 other papers with additional fees. The extra paper fee is 160 euros per additional paper.
One student registration (IEEE Student Member or Non IEEE Student Member) allows registering 1 paper and no additional paper with or without fee.
One IEEE LIFE member registration allows registering 1 paper and no additional paper with or without fee.
Greece Visa Application Requirements
As a member state of the Schengen Zone common travel area, Greece permits foreigners to enter its territory for tourism and business purposes with a Greek Schengen Visa since 2000 when as a Member of the European Union, it also joined the Schengen Area.
The IEEE CEFC 2026 Organizing Committee issues invitation letters only to paper presenters or authors who have submitted a registration and paid all the fees.
Greece Entry Requirements
- EU national, you will be permitted to enter Greece carrying only an identification document or your passport.
- National of a third-world country, you will need to present the following documents to the Greek border police.
- A visa – if you are subject to a Greek visa regime

CANCELLATION POLICY

- until March 31, 2026, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
- from April 1, 2026 the registration fee will not be refunded.
